Glenwood Ridge is Fully Occupied

Humanities Foundation’s latest development, Glenwood Ridge Apartments is now complete and home to individuals and families with income between 30% and 80% of the Area Median income. The beautiful, new $21,000,000 development is located in the Church Hill area of Richmond, Virginia, a historic district that is a vibrant and fast-growing part of the city. The 82 unit Earthcraft energy-efficient apartment community consists of two buildings located on Glenwood Avenue. There are 12 one-bedroom units, 46 two-bedroom units, and 12 three–bedroom units over covered parking. There’s also a historic trolley barn onsite with historical markers commemorating its significance. Onsite amenities include a playground, computer/business center, community room, central laundry, and a fitness room. Humanities Foundation coordinates Marketplace food delivery to the residents twice a month and is planning additional resident services to meet the needs of the families that have chosen Glenwood Ridge as their home.
