Dear Friends,
This year, Humanities Foundation achieved extraordinary milestones in advancing our mission to create sustainable, affordable housing. Highlights include the grand opening of Archer School Apartments, transforming Charleston’s historic Henry P. Archer School into 89 affordable homes for seniors while preserving its architectural legacy.
We also expanded programs like WISE and Young Leaders to better serve our residents and secured Housing Tax Credits for Poinsette Apartments, our next community on Charleston’s Eastside. These efforts, along with exploring new opportunities across the Southeast, reflect our unwavering commitment to meeting the growing demand for affordable housing.
