Residents Attend Empowerment Educational Workshops

Empowerment Educational Workshops were provided to Residents of Puddledock Place I, Puddledock Place II, Cavalier Senior, Cavalier II (Family), and Glenwood Apartments. 

Residents learned about Landlord and Tenant rights and responsibilities, the importance of understanding their lease, household management, repairs, landlord communication, how to be a good neighbor, the eviction process, fair housing, setting personal financial goals, creating a spending plan to meet your goals, understanding the importance of good credit, maintaining and reestablishing good credit, credit scoring, understanding your credit report, how to correct errors on your credit report, and avoiding predatory lending
