Rosie Doran

Rosie, a 6th generation Doran from Charleston, SC, has evolved in all facets of the Doran Family companies, especially in real estate and investments. As Director of Acquisitions, Rosie seeks out viable real estate acquisition opportunities which meet company investment objectives. She develops and maintains contact with brokers, land owners, and others who control property owned by motivated sellers and establishes a market analysis for potential sites. With a skillful mindset and a broad array of talents, Rosie exhibits herself with a modern and innovative approach. She is on the cutting edge of technology and social media. In addition, her knowledge of the latest marketing trends provides the vision needed in all restoration and rehabilitation development projects of James Doran Company. Rosie studied Economics at the Darla Moore School of Business at University of South Carolina and has a SC and VA real estate license. She is on the Board of Directors for Humanities Foundation, is engaged in the community by attending professional networking events, and assists in fundraisers benefiting non-profit organizations, including those of the Humanities Foundation.
