Human Resources Manager
Stephanie brings with her fifteen-plus years of human resources experience in both the for-profit and nonprofit business sectors. She manages the onboarding process, training, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, as well as developing and implementing policies and procedures. Stephanie works closely with the executive committee to understand, execute, and maintain alignment between HR and the overall business plan. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management and Business Administration from the University of Maryland. She is a Society of Human Resource Management Certified Professional with specialties in business acumen, communications, ethical practices, and global & cultural effectiveness.
