We are thrilled to announce that we have received a 2024 9% Housing Tax Credit award from SC Housing for The Poinsette Senior Apartments. This marks our second senior community in Charleston’s historic Eastside neighborhood and will feature 88 beautifully designed apartments. A heartfelt thank you to all our incredible partners for their unwavering support!
